Job Title: Boutique Manager

Monsoon is seeking an exceptional Boutique Manager to join our team at our new store in Gatwick Airport. As a Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
  • Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock control
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and overheads
  • Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a boutique or fashion retail environment, with a track record of delivering sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and to travel to other stores as required
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
