Job Title: Boutique Manager

Monsoon is seeking an exceptional Boutique Manager to join our team at our new store in Gatwick Airport. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising and window displays to drive sales and attract customers
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select products that meet customer needs and drive sales
  • Ensure a safe and secure working environment for all employees and customers
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fashion or luxury goods environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and consumer behavior
