We are seeking an ambitious Assistant Manager to join our Horley team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in creating a friendly, welcoming, and customer-focused environment that delivers great results and a great place to work.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in motivating the team and driving sales growth
- Engage with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Work with the team to deliver against the store's sales targets
- Actively encourage engagement with the local community to deliver top results
Requirements
We are looking for individuals with management retail experience and a passion for delivering great customer service. You will have previous experience working within a fast-paced sales and results-driven environment, including experience of managing and engaging a team.
