Join Our Team of ExpertsWe're seeking a skilled ServiceNow Junior Technical Consultant to lead the technical implementations of ServiceNow in a consulting environment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for implementing ServiceNow for a range of customers, developing best practice designs and solutions, and becoming a trusted advisor on how to apply these to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Setup, develop, configure, test, and manage all technical assets of ServiceNow implementations according to the scope and timelines of the customers' project plan and program requirements.
- Build extensive technical product expertise on the suite of ServiceNow solutions and capabilities, acting as a SME on all ServiceNow technical solutions and offerings.
- Develop and maintain a proficient understanding of ServiceNow's Customer Service Management (CSM) products & services, as well as digital-based technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow implementations that meet customer needs.
- Certified ITSM and/or CSM Implementation Specialist.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Development and/or consultancy experience with enterprise-level SaaS software solutions.
