About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant to lead the technical implementations of ServiceNow in a consulting environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing ServiceNow for a range of customers, driving business success through seamless workflows and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup, develop, configure, test, and manage all technical assets of ServiceNow implementations according to customer project plans and program requirements.
  • Build extensive technical product expertise on the ServiceNow suite of solutions and capabilities, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all ServiceNow technical solutions and offerings.
  • Develop and maintain a proficient understanding of ServiceNow's Customer Service Management (CSM) products and services, as well as digital-based technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow implementations, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of implementing projects with ServiceNow.
  • Certified ITSM and/or CSM Implementation Specialist.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Development and/or consultancy experience with enterprise-level SaaS software solutions.
