Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team at 83zero Limited. As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical implementation of Service Management, Service Integration and Management solutions for our clients using the ServiceNow Platform.

About the Role

As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will be involved in all technical aspects of implementation, including:

  • Core involvement in the technical implementation of ServiceNow using Service Management practices based on our client and industry standards.
  • Co-design and develop new ServiceNow Applications, solutions, and services as required.
  • Take ownership of defined complex business requirements and work them to completion with the support of the ServiceNow Business Analyst.
  • Assist the ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating the release level of effort.
  • Leverage your extensive technical knowledge to ensure optimization, and compliance when IT organizations use the ServiceNow Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the ServiceNow Technical Consultant include:

  • Administering the ServiceNow Platform and working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Scripting in JavaScript, Angular/Angular JS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and Jelly.
  • Providing good communication skills (written and speaking skills) and strong attention to detail.
  • Having a good understanding of relational database concepts.
  • Experienced in working with LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services, and ITOM.

Requirements

To be successful as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will need:

  • Experience in administering the ServiceNow Platform and working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Scripting skills in JavaScript, Angular/Angular JS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and Jelly.
  • Good communication skills (written and speaking skills) and strong attention to detail.
  • A good understanding of relational database concepts.
  • Experience in working with LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services, and ITOM.

Preferred Certifications

Preferred certifications for the ServiceNow Technical Consultant include:

  • ServiceNow CSA.
  • Certified Application Developer.
  • ServiceNow Platform Implementation Specialist.

Eligibility

Eligibility for SC clearance and DV clearance is preferred.
