Join Our Team as a ServiceNow Specialist

Opus Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with a reputable ServiceNow Partner to deliver high-quality ITSM & ITOM implementations across the UK. We're seeking a skilled ServiceNow Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing workflows, service catalogues, and ITIL processes
  • Developing, installing, integrating, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications
  • Maintaining system documentation, tech notes, testing, software deployment, and disaster recovery

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
  • Strong configuration experience with workflows, holding workshops, and deployment
  • Experience with ITIL, ServiceNow Platform, APIs, Service Portal/Applications, and SDLC & Agile methodologies
