**Job Summary**

The ServiceNow Consultant at Tech Worker will play a pivotal role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing ServiceNow applications. This individual will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs into effective ServiceNow solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
* Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules to meet business requirements and improve efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate ServiceNow solutions across various departments.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow best practices, platform upgrades, and enhancements.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and implementation.
* ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages.
* Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) principles.
