At Konversational, we're on a mission to help businesses thrive in the digital economy. As a Technical Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through the power of ServiceNow.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical implementations of ServiceNow for a range of customers, ensuring seamless workflows and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and configure technical assets according to customer project plans and program requirements.
  • Build extensive technical product expertise on ServiceNow solutions and capabilities, acting as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their ServiceNow needs and deliver tailored solutions.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience implementing ServiceNow projects, with a strong understanding of Customer Service Management (CSM) products and services.
  • Certified System Administrator in ServiceNow, with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Development and consultancy experience with enterprise-level SaaS software solutions.
