Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at JD Gyms. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in our gyms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure all areas of the gym are clean and well-maintained, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, actively seeking feedback and making improvements to enhance the member experience.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record all cleaning duties and tasks on relevant checklists to maintain company standards.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to COSHH regulations, ensuring the correct use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Part-Time Hours: Work a part-time schedule, mainly evenings, to support the gym's operational needs.

Requirements:

  • Hard Working and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Previous Experience: Show previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to multitask and work unsupervised.
  • Effective Communication: Possess effective communication skills and be approachable to members and other staff.
