Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Manager to join our Technical Team at our Nicholas & Harris site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a large team to ensure the highest standards of quality, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Quality Assurance Team to ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and regulatory standards.
- Manage product quality evaluation panels and trend results to drive quality standards.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement activities to maintain and improve product quality and technical workstreams.
- Support customer and third-party visits and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality and technical improvements.
Requirements
- Level 3 Food Safety & HACCP certification.
- HND Degree in Food Science or a related discipline.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing large teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
