The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Quality Management principles and process improvement techniques. Key responsibilities include delivering training on Quality Management principles and methodologies, providing personalized coaching to help learners apply process improvement and optimisation techniques, and guiding learners towards successfully completing their qualifications through regular remote coaching sessions. The role requires a recognized teaching qualification, vocational competence in Quality Management, Lean Management, or Health and Safety, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all training and coaching aligns with the expectations of learners and employers. The role is remote with occasional meetings at the South Yorkshire offices. The salary is £31,000 with a bonus of up to 5% of salary.
