Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Manager to join our Technical Team at Finsbury Food Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Quality Assurance Team, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Quality Assurance Team to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in our products and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality and safety issues
- Lead product quality evaluation panels and trend results to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Level 3 Food Safety & HACCP certification
- HND Degree in Food Science/Technology related discipline
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
