Quality and Continuous Improvement Trainer

Pertemps Newcastle & Gateshead is partnering with a growing training provider to find an experienced Trainer/Skills Coach. This role will involve delivering and supporting apprenticeship learners in Quality standards. The organisation specialises in delivering apprenticeships in Quality and Continuous Improvement, offering programmes such as Quality Practitioner, Lean Improvement Practitioner, and Health, Safety, and Environmental. As a Trainer/Skills Coach, you can expect a salary of £31,000, plus a bonus of up to 5% of salary, 24 days of holiday, and remote working with occasional meetings at their offices. The role involves delivering training and coaching to apprenticeship learners in Quality Management, Lean methodologies, Process Improvement, and Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. Key responsibilities include delivering training on Quality Management principles, providing coaching to help learners apply process improvement techniques, and guiding learners towards successfully completing their qualifications. Requirements include a strong understanding of Quality Management principles, experience in Lean Management and Health and Safety, and a recognised teaching qualification. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are also essential.
