About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Quality Control Engineer - Continuous Improvement to join our team. As a point of contact for quality across the business, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Review and update or implement changes to quality procedures.
  2. Manage and improve the Non-Conformance register and maintain low NCR dwell time.
  3. Instigate and participate in root cause analysis using tools such as; 3Cs, 5WHYs and 8Ds.
  4. Assist in maintaining Nadcap and customer accreditations.
  5. Perform internal audits and quality spot checks of in-progress work.
Essential Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience of quality systems (preferably ISO9001, AS9100, AS13100, Nadcap) and understand quality procedures. You should be keen on details and able to question decisions and people.
