Job Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Improvement Manager to join our Technical Team at Finsbury Food Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Quality Assurance Team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety are maintained.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Quality Assurance Team and ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
  • Manage product quality evaluation panels and trend results to drive quality standards.
  • Implement continuous improvement activities to maintain and improve product quality and technical workstreams.
  • Support customer and third-party visits and audits.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Food Safety & HACCP certification.
  • HND Degree in Food Science/Technology related discipline.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
