Manager of Service Performance Improvement

Purview Services seeks an experienced Service Quality Manager to lead the development and implementation of quality standards across the organisation.
About the JobThis role requires a highly skilled professional with experience in delivering projects within the financial sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving service quality improvements and will be able to ensure governance, quality control, and the development of tools and dashboards that provide actionable insights to enhance service quality, cost efficiency, and productivity.
The Regional Service Quality Manager will be responsible for fostering collaborative working relationships with various stakeholders and maintaining technical knowledge and expertise.
