Urgo Medical UK & Ireland is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for wound care. We are seeking a skilled Clinical Trainer to join our team and support the growth of our compression business across the region.

Purpose of Role

The Clinical Trainer will work closely with the Regional Sales Team to maintain existing and develop new compression business through the training of NHS Clinical Staff on compression aetiology and application of compression.

This role will require frequent travel across Central and Greater Manchester, South Yorkshire, and Derbyshire to deliver clinical training sessions and build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Sales Team in maintaining existing and developing new compression business through training of NHS Clinical Staff.
  • Provide Best in Class clinical training to existing and new nurse customers, enabling the Product Specialists to grow the Advance Wound Care Brands.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at delivering customer service excellence.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (current qualification) Band 5 with proven knowledge of leg ulcers, aetiology, and treatment options.
  • Excellent presentation skills, including the confidence to present to large groups in a face-to-face and virtual environment.
  • Excellent influencing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise, plan, and organise work and deliver to deadlines.
  • A full Clean Driver's license as the role will include travel across the territory.
