Urgo Medical UK & Ireland is seeking a skilled Clinical Trainer to support the growth of our compression business across the region. As an integral part of our matrix team, you will be responsible for delivering clinical education and building strong relationships with key customers.

This field-based role will require frequent travel across Central and Greater Manchester, South Yorkshire, and Derbyshire. Your primary objective will be to support the Regional Sales Team in maintaining existing and developing new compression business through training of NHS Clinical Staff on compression aetiology and application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Best in Class clinical training to existing and new nurse customers, enabling the Product Specialists to grow the Advance Wound Care Brands.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at delivering customer service excellence.
  • Support the Regional Sales Team on maintaining existing and developing new compression business through the training of NHS Clinical Staff on compression aetiology and application of compression.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (current qualification) Band 5 with proven knowledge of leg ulcers, aetiology, and treatment options.
  • Excellent presentation skills; including the confidence to present to large groups in a face-to-face and virtual environment.
  • Excellent influencing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise, plan, and organize your work and deliver to deadlines.
  • A full Clean Driver's license as the role will include travel across the territory.

Location: Central and Greater Manchester, South Yorkshire, Derbyshire.
