We are currently seeking a Human Resources and Office Coordinator to join a reputable organization. This role is pivotal in delivering comprehensive administrative support to both the office and the HR department.
Key Responsibilities
As a Human Resources and Office Coordinator, your duties will include:
- Delivering extensive administrative assistance to the HR team and office.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for visitors.
- Planning and facilitating office engagement initiatives.
- Managing all facility-related inquiries.
- Assisting in the review and enhancement of HR policies.
- Overseeing the company’s HR management system.
- Providing support in organizing training programs and initiatives.
- Ensuring HR documentation is current and compliant with relevant standards.
- Coordinating monthly HR meetings and managing the agenda.
- Identifying and organizing training opportunities utilizing available resources.
- Supporting annual audits and maintaining/updating company standard operating procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Exceptional administrative and organizational capabilities.
- Prior experience in a human resources or administrative capacity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive and positive demeanor, with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
