Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process for all positions within the organization
- Establish and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Offer daily guidance to line managers on employee relations matters
- Facilitate responses to disciplinary and grievance issues
- Evaluate and enhance innovative employee engagement programs
- Lead the implementation of the company-wide employment survey and compile the results
- Manage the performance appraisal system
- Identify and coordinate training opportunities utilizing the apprenticeship levy

Candidate Profile:

- Strong knowledge of employment law, preferably CIPD level 5 or higher
- High energy, confidence, and a commitment to achieving results
- Professional demeanor with the ability to build strong working relationships
- Proficient in IT systems and Microsoft Office Suite
