Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment process for all positions within the organization
  • Establish and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Offer daily guidance to line managers on employee relations matters
  • Facilitate responses to disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Evaluate and enhance innovative employee engagement programs
  • Lead the implementation of the company-wide employment survey and compile the results
  • Manage the performance appraisal system

  • High energy, confidence, and a commitment to achieving results
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Proficient in IT systems and Microsoft Office Suite
