The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Resource Management Specialist to join our Driving Team, supporting key logistics clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments and love a challenge.

Responsibilities
  • Place creative and innovative adverts on Broadbean, various job boards, and social media to maximize attraction.
  • Telephone screening and interviewing candidates, providing information and comprehensive advice on the recruitment process and the job role applied for.
  • Completing relevant candidate identity and Right to Work checks.
  • Building and establishing effective working relationships with internal colleagues to liaise on resourcing requirements, applicant progress, and activity.
  • Displaying ownership and accountability to ensure all candidate vetting is submitted correctly and meets customer standards and employment legislation.

  • Excellent communication skills, with candidates, clients, and internal colleagues.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
