Key Responsibilities:
- Engage closely with Line Managers to provide guidance on various HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and health and wellness initiatives.
- Lead the recruitment process for all positions within the organization, fostering relationships with essential recruitment partners.
- Offer daily support to line managers regarding employee relations concerns.
- Oversee the management of disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Facilitate the execution of the company’s employment survey and compile the results for analysis.
- Administer the mid-year appraisal and probation review processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is current.
- Identify and coordinate training opportunities utilizing the apprenticeship levy.
