Overview:

The ideal candidate will contribute to improving operational efficiency and uniformity within the Safety Lifecycle Services (SLS) and Asset Integrity Management (AIM) divisions by delivering focused administrative assistance.

The Coordinator will be instrumental in aiding consultants by ensuring that procedures and practices are synchronized and consistently implemented across the divisions.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Ensure documents are formatted for uniformity and professionalism.
  • SharePoint Oversight: Manage and refresh SharePoint sites.
  • Marketing & Event Coordination:

Event Coordination:
Assist with promotional initiatives, support the organization and execution of events, and oversee social media engagement. Coordinate event logistics and manage client interactions.

  • Process Development: Establish and formalize business processes, ensuring methodologies are documented and communicated effectively.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the administrative team to provide integrated support. Foster strong relationships with members of the SLS and AIM divisions.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist the team in adhering to quality standards and procedures.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, document notes, and ensure progress on action items.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to various clusters.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • SharePoint Management: Site upkeep and updates, document library oversight
  • Basic IT Troubleshooting: Capability to resolve minor IT challenges and familiarity with IT support processes
  • Education: A BTEC in Business Administration is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Attributes: Motivated, eager to learn, confident, with strong MS Suite skills and a desire to enhance IT proficiency and business process workflows. Keen to understand and improve basic technical services.

Reporting Structure:

The Business Support Coordinator will report to the Group Manager of Safety Lifecycle Services, who will oversee their time and responsibilities across the two divisions.
