Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Administration Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Managing Director in the efficient operation of a dynamic sales environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer and Supplier Communication: Engaging with clients and vendors to ensure smooth transactions.
- Sales Order Processing: Managing inquiries from initial contact through to order fulfillment, delivery, and invoicing.
- Supplier Management: Handling orders from suppliers, overseeing goods receipt, and processing related invoices.
- Financial Transactions: Recording payments received from customers and managing outgoing payments to suppliers.
- Timekeeping: Verifying and checking staff time cards for accuracy.
- Health and Safety Coordination: Collaborating with our Health, Safety, and Environment provider and managing their online system.
- Document Management: Ensuring accurate filing of all documents and maintaining an organized office environment.
- Office Maintenance: Upholding a clean and orderly workspace.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. A background in sales administration or a related field is preferred.
