Job Title: Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our team at Warrington Transmission Centre Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and email, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders and arrange dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of customer transactions.
  • Assist in the development of new business opportunities, identifying and pursuing potential sales leads.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including invoicing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
Requirements:
