About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our sales team, allowing them to focus on proactive customer management and meeting attendance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including bid support, research, and document preparation.
  • Assist with event organization, arranging logistics and equipment as needed.
  • Conduct market research and add prospect data to our CRM system.
  • Manage the sales inbox, sorting and forwarding emails as necessary.
  • Support the meeting process by creating invitations, slide decks, and tracking progress.
  • Help with reporting and forecasting from our CRM system, creating dashboards and reports on team performance.
  • Support the Sales and Marketing Director with administrative tasks and the BDMs with pipeline management and deal closure.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven work experience in an administrative role.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Confident and collaborative team player.
