About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling them to focus on driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including bid preparation, research, and document management.
  • Manage the sales inbox, sorting and forwarding emails as required.
  • Support the meeting process, creating invitations, slide decks, and tracking meeting progress.
  • Conduct market research and add prospect data to our CRM system.
  • Assist with event organization, arranging couriers and equipment as needed.
  • Help with reporting and forecasting, creating dashboards and analysis on team performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven work experience in an administrative role.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
