Job Summary:

Silver Arrow Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in a Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer role. This is a temp to perm position that requires a full driving licence and own transport.

About the Role:

This is a fast-paced role that involves:

  • Directing calls to consultants and taking full messages
  • Screening new potential drivers when they apply
  • Interviewing and registering drivers
  • Maintaining compliance and completing relevant checks
  • Updating driver availability
  • Managing sensitive documents digitally
  • Creating, posting, and managing adverts
  • Inputting and data entry
  • General office administration duties

Requirements:

  • An eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Prepared for extremely fast-paced work with strong multitasking skills
  • An interest in people and building relationships
  • Full driving licence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and conscientious with a strong drive
  • An excellent and confident telephone manner
  • Passion for working with people
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt when priorities change
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
