Position Overview:

As a vital member of our Client Relations team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our valued clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries and assist with sales administration tasks.
  • Utilize internal databases for effective order management.
  • Address and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
  • Assist Client Relationship Managers with order processing and related tasks.
  • Provide constructive feedback aimed at enhancing customer service quality.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM systems are essential.
  • A quick learner with a background in customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
