About the Role

Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Relations Officer to join our busy employee relations team. As an Employee Relations Officer, you will play a vital role in providing administration support to ensure the provision of an efficient, effective, and timely service, which is compliant with Trust policies and procedures and best practice.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administration support to the employee relations team, ensuring the provision of an efficient, effective, and timely service.
  • Work alongside all members of the employee relations team, responding to the changing demands of the service.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the provision of an efficient, effective, and timely service, which is compliant with Trust policies and procedures and best practice.

About Us

Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is a large acute hospital trust in the south-east of England. We provide a full range of general hospital services and some aspects of specialist and complex care to around 600,000 people living in west Kent and East Sussex. We have a team of over 8,000 full and part-time staff. We also provide specialist cancer services to around 2 million people across Kent and East Sussex via the Kent Oncology Centre.
