About the RoleThe Employee Relations Manager will work closely with the Director of People and Development to ensure all employee relations matters are handled in line with legislation and business needs. You will be responsible for undertaking disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and other HR processes, as well as developing and maintaining an external network.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake HR processes, including disciplinaries, grievances, and investigations, coaching other team members as needed.
- Develop and maintain an external network, including building your personal brand.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, and we offer hybrid working and part-time hours (4 days) can be considered. If you have a strong interest in Employee Relations and up-to-date Employment law knowledge, we encourage you to apply.
