Location: Maidstone, Kent
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Role Overview:
As a newly created position within the organization, the Coordinator for Quality Assurance and Supplier Relations will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the Senior Management Team. This position is essential due to the ongoing growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and uphold the organization's quality assurance systems, conducting regular audits and assessments.
  • Ensure that all operational activities align with established policies and ISO accreditation standards.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for enhancing quality management practices.
  • Manage the onboarding and due diligence processes for the supply chain.
  • Engage with suppliers and contractors to assess their qualifications and ensure adherence to company policies.

Candidate Profile:
  • Possess a relevant technical or administrative qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar capacity.
  • Background in the construction sector is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and integrated management systems (IMS/QMS).
  • Experience in maintaining information management systems and supporting quality assurance processes in an ISO-accredited setting.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Proficient in data management and IT skills, particularly with MS Office and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
