Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Systems and Supplier Management Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company's quality systems, ensuring compliance with ISO accreditation requirements, and managing the supply chain on-boarding and due diligence processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the company's quality systems and carry out period checks and audits
  • Ensure the company's operations are carried out in accordance with policy and its ISO accreditation requirements
  • Provide reports to senior management on compliance and provide recommendations to improve quality management processes and systems
  • Manage the company's supply chain on-boarding and due diligence processes
  • Engage with suppliers and contractors to ensure their competency details are evaluated and checked for compliance with company policies

Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant technical/administrative qualification
  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Experience working in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of ISO and general IMS/QMS systems
  • Experience in maintaining information management systems and supporting quality processes in an ISO-accredited environment
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent data management/IT skills (MS Office and SharePoint)
  • Excellent communication skills and a good team worker
