Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at KHR - Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Management: Sort and categorize invoices for priority and ease of processing, verifying prices and items charged with suppliers.
  • Investigation and Resolution: Investigate the status of all ordered items, record invoice details on our internal system, and communicate with suppliers and office staff regarding invoice queries.
  • Dispute Resolution: Place queried invoices in dispute on our accounting system to prevent payment before the query is resolved and remove them once resolved.
  • Reporting and Updates: Update the status of invoices once processed, chase invoice queries monthly, and respond to office and supplier questions related to invoices.
  • Credit Management: Chase credits for items that have been returned and record credits on our internal system.
  • Financial Reporting: Update reports for returns, latest updates on invoice queries, and credit chasing.
Requirements:
  • Previous Finance Experience: Previous finance/accounts experience in a similar role.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and experience using Excel.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy team.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, or alternative hours of 9am-6pm or 7am-4pm.
