POSITION SUMMARY:

Fabrick, recognized as the 2021 Construction Marketing Awards Agency of the Year, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager, or Senior Account Manager, who possesses exceptional customer service abilities to join our esteemed team of marketing and communication specialists.

The ideal candidate will be motivated and eager to cultivate robust and enduring relationships with clients. This role is pivotal in both Fabrick and our clients' organizations, aiding in the enhancement of numerous UK and global construction brands through the management of diverse integrated marketing and public relations campaigns and projects.

We are in search of an individual who is genuinely passionate about B2B marketing and public relations, with the capability to perform under pressure, whether working collaboratively or independently, as you will be overseeing multiple concurrent projects.

As a comprehensive service agency, you will engage in a wide array of projects and campaigns, thus familiarity with Public Relations, social media, and both traditional and digital marketing will be beneficial.

Strong presentation skills and the confidence to engage with media and other stakeholder groups on behalf of our clients are essential. You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that all outputs from Fabrick meet the highest standards and are delivered punctually and within budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for various client accounts, overseeing the execution of all agreed-upon projects.
  • Participating in regular client meetings to maintain relationships and ensure effective project delivery.
  • Creating, managing, and executing content strategies for each client.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure project briefs are understood and that work is delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
  • Collaborating with assigned clients to establish targets and KPIs aligned with their business strategies.
  • Working with the entire Fabrick team to generate innovative ideas that support clients and enhance strategies monthly.
  • Regularly seeking and acting upon client feedback.
  • Reporting on campaign outcomes consistently, both internally and externally.
  • Communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly campaigns to clients.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business with existing clients and areas for improvement to achieve business goals.
  • Assisting the Managing Director in preparing and delivering new business proposals.
  • Monitoring and tracking key financial metrics for each client account/project, ensuring timely delivery of work and invoicing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The successful candidate will be a passionate, experienced, and confident professional who excels in a busy and fast-paced work environment. Required qualifications include:

· A degree or equivalent qualification

· A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a marketing agency

· A solid understanding of marketing and public relations

· Strong presentation capabilities

· The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced agency setting

· Excellent organizational, communication, time management, interpersonal, and influencing skills

· Experience in client management and project delivery

· Familiarity with public relations and handling media inquiries is advantageous.
