This organization specializes in residential development, constructing approximately 150 homes annually, and is currently experiencing significant growth. The Client Relations Manager will report directly to the Managing Director.


The ideal candidate will be a proactive and motivated professional, dedicated to elevating the company’s reputation to a five-star builder.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with external marketing teams to devise effective sales strategies.
  • Oversee and coordinate with external sales agents.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all projects in accordance with company standards.
  • Facilitate a seamless sales process for clients.
  • Implement and manage marketing and branding initiatives across all developments.
  • Engage with housing association partners regarding sales-related matters.
  • Monitor and track sales progression effectively.
  • Compile and analyze weekly sales data from various development sites.
  • Ensure that sales targets and objectives are met.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in new home developments, preferably with a housing developer.
  • A valid and clean driving license.
  • Position: Client Relations Manager.
