Key Responsibilities:- Food Quality and Service: Supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Operations Efficiency: Oversee in-unit catering operations, manage inventories, monitor budgets, and implement action plans to optimize efficiency.
- Brand Representation: Represent Compass Group UK & Ireland and maintain a positive brand image.
- Concept Development: Identify opportunities for new food or service concepts to drive sales and growth.
- Customer Liaison: Liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure exceptional service and exceed expectations.
- Team Support: Support and train our teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone can excel in their role.
- Health and Safety: Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
- Culinary Experience: Minimum of two years of catering experience.
- Certifications: Hold an NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrate brilliant financial acumen.
