Role Overview: The Change Management Partner will be instrumental in establishing change networks, consisting of workstream leaders, subject matter experts, EPR champions, and super users across designated groups and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized assistance in comprehending local clinical and operational workflow requirements.
  • Analyze, document, and propose solutions for care pathways in collaboration with both clinical and non-clinical end users.
  • Contribute to workstream plans and manage assigned tasks effectively.
  • Act as a liaison between clinical and operational services workstreams, various IT teams, and system suppliers.
  • Offer insights into the overall EPR Change Management Strategy and Clinical Safety Report, ensuring alignment of workstream plans with strategic objectives.
  • Independently lead sessions with multiple stakeholders, addressing and resolving conflicts that may arise due to resistance to change.
  • Influence and motivate key individuals within clinical and operational teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and deliver presentations to a diverse audience, actively participating in various program-specific EPR gateways and events.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Visio) and specialized software tools to create comprehensive documentation.
  • Collaborate with workstream leaders to ensure the production and approval of process maps, protocols, procedures, and complete business/functional requirements by the relevant Clinical Group.
  • Assist in the recruitment of EPR Champions and Super Users across all areas.
  • Support the end-user training program.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for system improvement and collaborate with appropriate teams to implement enhancements.
