Position Overview

Peaple Talent is collaborating with a prominent professional services firm seeking a Change Strategist with a strong background in regulatory transformations. This pivotal role will oversee significant strategic initiatives throughout the organization, from recognizing new prospects to designing, launching, and integrating changes effectively. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with essential stakeholders across the organization to formulate the necessary solutions within your programs to align with strategic objectives.
  • Accountable for managing within the established financial parameters.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners to deliver high-performing solutions.
  • Conduct analysis and research to inform the solutions and delivery roadmap.
  • Center the customer’s needs in the change process by comprehensively understanding their requirements through various analytical sources.
  • Utilize data management to uncover new opportunities for continuous enhancement of solutions and delivery methodologies.
  • Assist Sponsors and Product Managers in developing robust business cases to support new initiatives and changes, backed by return on investment (ROI) assessments.
  • Lead delivery teams consisting of Change Leads, Product Owners, Testers, UX Designers, and Developers.
  • Facilitate the comprehensive end-to-end epics, features, and stories to realize the vision.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Oversee the Program roadmap, linking it to the overall Change portfolio while managing key dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Partner with Advisors, Technology, Marketing, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and key stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide data-driven and customer-focused information to enable informed decision-making by key stakeholders throughout the change cycle of the program.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Expertise in leading and executing cross-functional changes involving People, Processes, and Technology.
  • Strong grasp of digital solutions, automation, and self-service design, with the ability to leverage data for tracking, analysis, and continuous improvement of overall solution design to enhance customer experience.
  • Experience in Agile methodology environments, such as SAFe, is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the financial services sector is a plus.
  • Lean Six Sigma and/or Agile certifications are beneficial.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills to ensure customer needs are effectively integrated into the online design.
  • Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with a commitment to enhancing products and customer experiences.
  • Highly organized with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to formulate data-driven recommendations to ensure strong ROI.
  • Strong planning abilities, capable of creating both high-level long-term strategies and detailed short-term roadmaps.
