About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Coordinator to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey.

  • Provide screening, assessment, and recovery planning to service users, ensuring they receive the necessary support to achieve their goals.
  • Develop and deliver structured content within group settings, promoting social reintegration and enabling individuals to lead meaningful and purposeful lives.
  • Work collaboratively with service users, carers, and community stakeholders to promote recovery, resilience, and peer support.
  • Engage in research and design of subject matter and materials for groups/pods, ensuring they are tailored to meet the needs of service users.
  • Conduct debriefing and evaluations with co-facilitators, reviewing progress and identifying areas for improvement.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of substance misuse issues and experience working within a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive and able to work on own initiative, with excellent time management and prioritizing skills.
  • A good working knowledge of mental health interventions, services, and good practice.
  • The ability to manage change successfully, prioritizing the needs of service users.
