We are seeking a Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinator for our client in Swindon within the Opiate Team on a 3-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting service users through their treatment and recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing screening, assessment, and recovery planning
  • Reducing alcohol-related harm to service users and the wider community
  • Promoting carer, service user, and community involvement
  • Providing advocacy for access to partnership services
  • Supporting social reintegration and enabling service users to lead meaningful and purposeful lives

An Enhanced Adults and Children's DBS will be required for this position.
