About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Coordinator to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide screening, assessment, and recovery planning to service users
  • Develop and deliver structured content within group settings to support service users at various stages of recovery
  • Work collaboratively with service users to promote social reintegration and enable them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives
  • Engage with debriefing and evaluations with co-facilitators after groups/pods have taken place
  • Tailor specific workshops around the needs of the service users, such as anger management, sleep disorders, relationships, etc
About You:

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of substance misuse issues and experience of working within a similar field. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in partnership with a wide range of professionals, agencies, and internal/external stakeholders.
