Revenue Growth Executive

A prominent provider of supply chain compliance and risk management solutions is seeking to hire 3 x Sales Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new sales opportunities through various outreach methods, including outbound calling campaigns, email communication, social media engagement, virtual meetings, and online demonstrations.
Their award-winning solutions assist contractors (suppliers) and clients (buyers) in ensuring supply chain compliance, mitigating risks, and enhancing efficient supply chain management. They are trusted by leading organizations across diverse sectors such as construction, education, facilities management, and housing development.
Compensation: Competitive salary with commission structure.
Work Environment: Primarily office-based with flexible work-from-home options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in relevant industry trade shows and events.
- Identify and engage decision-makers during targeted outreach campaigns.
- Highlight product advantages and features to confirm sales-ready opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless transition of created opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect and customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
- Expand and manage the database of prospects within the CRM.
- Utilize the company CRM (Salesforce) to track all activities, including recording names, contact details, actions taken, and responses from prospects and customers.
- Attend sales meetings focused on targets and forecasts.
- Manage a designated number of suppliers effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telephone sales is essential.
- Experience in Sales Development, tele-prospecting, or cold calling is preferred.
- Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and web presentation tools.
- Advanced understanding of prospecting and effective networking through social media platforms.
- High energy, dedication, and a strong drive to succeed are crucial.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong time management and decision-making skills.
- Experience in sales training and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
