We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at 4Com Plc. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales and revenue
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- A competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum
- Uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £60,000, however our average earnings in the team are £72,538 and our top performers earning over £103,232 per annum
