**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities and Administration Assistant to provide support to our client’s office in Nottingham. This is a temporary role for 1 month, with a pay rate of £13.00 per hour + holiday pay.


About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the office is in good working order, carrying out administration duties, dealing with meeting room bookings, and providing switchboard cover when required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out administration duties to support the front desk and wider office
  • Deal with meeting room bookings, including setup of equipment and organizing refreshments and stationery
  • Raise any issues with facilities or maintenance to the company helpdesk
  • Provide switchboard cover when required
  • Perform some light moving of equipment and supplies between rooms
  • Carry out some basic ad hoc administration as required


Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Facilities or Administration role is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid IT skills
