Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate care worker rotas to meet client needs, taking into account traveling time, holiday cover, and last-minute cancellations.
- Source and manage new care packages, building on existing ones to ensure continuity of care.
- Develop and implement operational practices to improve the delivery of care services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records for clients and care workers using our bespoke system.
- Resolve customer queries in a timely manner, maintaining a positive company reputation.
- Ensure all operations are compliant with company and CQC standards.
- Contribute to the growth and service expansion targets set by the business.
- NVQ/QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- At least 2 years' experience working as a care coordinator for a Domiciliary Care Agency, with live-in care coordination experience preferred.
- Previous experience of using Care-Planner and/or CM2000.
- Excellent IT skills and knowledge of CQC Compliance.
- People management or team leading experience.
- Organized, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
- Flexibility to participate in on-call duties when required.
