Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities and Administration Assistant to provide support to our client’s office in Nottingham. This is a temporary role for 1 month, with a pay rate of £13.00 per hour + holiday pay.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the office is in good working order, carrying out administration duties, dealing with meeting room bookings, and providing switchboard cover when required. Previous experience in a Facilities or Administration role is essential, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out administration duties to support the front desk and wider office
  • Dealing with meeting room bookings, including setup of equipment and organizing refreshments and stationery
  • Raising any issues with facilities or maintenance to the company helpdesk
  • Providing switchboard cover when required
  • Some light moving of equipment and supplies between rooms
  • Some basic ad hoc administration as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Facilities or Administration role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid IT skills
