As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.

This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors of a designated building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • First Point of Contact: Greet visitors and employees with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, issuing visitor and parking passes and following security protocols.
  • Communication Expertise: Answer the telephone in a professional manner, create presentations, and speak to various-sized groups.
  • Event Coordinator: Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor.
  • Facilities Management: Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed, coordinate and execute workplace services including mail, office supply services, and onboarding.
  • Customer Service Advocate: Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers, providing solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner.
  • Event Execution: Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, set up and tear down of the room, and delivery of supplies.
  • Security and Emergency Procedures: Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace.
  • Team Collaboration: Explain detailed and/or complicated information within the team, following specific directions as given by the manager.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
