About the Role

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to employees and guests of a designated building. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, which provides world-class customer service to clients and visitors of the building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be the first point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, greeting them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor and issuing visitor and parking passes as needed.
  • Make a memorable first impression by answering the telephone in a professional manner and creating presentations for various-sized groups.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed, coordinating and executing workplace services including mail, office supply services, and onboarding.
  • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers, providing solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner.
  • Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, setting up and tearing down the room, and delivering supplies.
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
  • Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace.
  • Communicate detailed and/or complicated information within the team, following specific directions as given by the manager.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Effective communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
